About Us
The owner Kent Vaughters brings a variety of expertise to the business, he was a seafood buyer and broker for over 25 years in the Pacific Northwest and also owned a restaurant in Vancouver, WA. With that experience in mind, Kent finds the freshest seafood available for his restaurant.
Kent buys most of his seafood directly from the fisherman that he has done business with in past years, that way he can pass that quality on to his customers.
The restaurant has become very well known for their quality food and the customers were asking if there was any way possible that they could send the Products to their friends and family in different parts of the country. With that type of response from Kent’s customers, the on-line part of the business was born.
